The constant systemization of all stages is designed to guarantees all the conditions for the safe and speedy moving of cargo through its various channels, thus providing customers with the very best results. TESC’s activities are certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standards, complying with ISPS Code standards, in addition to being recognized as a Port Operator (LAW No 8.630). ISO 9001:2000
ISPS Code The ISPS acronym (International Ship and Port Facility Safety Code) establishes determined rules to make ships and ports safer. The certification comes from a determination by the SOLAS Convention – Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, of which Brazil is a member. It is issued by the National Public Safety Commission for Ports and Navigable Waterways (CONPORTOS). The ISPS Code ensures TESC the following processes:
Port Operator TESC is a port operator certified by the Union for performing port activities involving the moving and storage of merchandise coming from or destined to transportation on waterways. Regulation certificate issued by IBAMA – Brazilian Institute of Environment and Renewable Natural Resources, means that TESC fulfils environmental demands foreseen in Laws, CONAMA Resolutions, IBAMA Normative Ordinances and Instructions.
